StageLink vs Feature.fm
These two products are usually not alternatives. Feature.fm exists to get a release streamed: smart links, pre-save, retargeting pixels feeding ad campaigns. StageLink exists to get you booked. Both happen to have a link in bio, which is why they end up in the same search.

|---|---|---|
| Link in bio page | Yes | Yes On every tier including free. |
| Smart links to music services | Yes | Yes The core of the product: release links, short links, contest and unlock pages. |

When Feature.fm is the better choice
Choose Feature.fm if you release music regularly and run ads behind it. Pre-save and Future Save have no equivalent here, retargeting pixels have no equivalent here, and a custom domain starts at $19 while StageLink has none at any price. If your next decision is "how do I get more first-week streams", it is the right tool and this page is not an argument against it.
A release and a booking are different jobs
A release campaign is a burst. It runs for a few weeks around a date, it is measured in streams and saves, and its tooling is built for that shape: a pre-save that converts on release day, a pixel that lets you chase the people who clicked.
A booking is a conversation. A promoter finds you, reads what you are, checks that you play out, and needs to know what you cost them technically before they reply. That is not a campaign, it is a document — and it is the thing StageLink is built to be.
You can run both. Plenty of artists point a Feature.fm smart link at a release and keep a StageLink page as the permanent address — the campaign ends, the page does not.
What we do not have
Worth being direct about, because these are the reasons to not choose us:
- No pre-save — not a smaller version of theirs, none at all. If pre-save is why you are looking, stop here.
- No retargeting pixels — you cannot build an ad audience from a StageLink page.
- No custom domain — pages are at stagelink.art/yourname. Feature.fm has this from $19.
What they do not have
The mirror image, and the reason this page exists at all. We found no press kit, no rider and no dates list on Feature.fm — the three things a promoter asks for by email when your page cannot answer them.
A rider matters more than it sounds. It is the difference between a venue confirming your setup in one message and a chain of them a week before the show.
Can I use both?
Yes, and it is the sensible setup if you release often. Feature.fm for the release campaign, StageLink as the page you put in your bio and send to promoters. They do not conflict — a smart link is just a link on your page.
Is StageLink cheaper?
The free plans are different products rather than different sizes. Ours includes the press kit and the rider; theirs includes unlimited links and one pre-save service with 7 days of analytics. Compare what you actually need rather than the number.
Will you add pre-save?
Not currently planned. It needs streaming-service authorization per fan, which is a different kind of product from what we build, and doing it badly is worse than not doing it.
No credit card required.
