A roster page for booking agents
A booker’s page is not about their own work. It is about the artists they represent, and about making the next enquiry easy to send — which is exactly the job a link-in-bio built for a solo creator does not do.
The roster in a PDF that goes out of date
Most agencies send a deck. It is accurate the week it is made, and then an artist leaves, a new one signs, and the file keeps circulating. Meanwhile enquiries arrive through four channels and the one that matters is the one somebody missed.
What a roster page has to carry
- Every act you represent — with artwork, a role or genre, and a link out to their own page.
- A contact route that is not a DM — a form that lands in the inbox you read.
- The dates you have confirmed — so a venue sees activity, not just a list of names.
- Who you are — briefly. The roster is the argument; your bio is not.
On StageLink that is the roster block, and it links out to each act’s own page rather than trying to reproduce it — an artist’s page is theirs to keep current, not yours.
Say you are a booker when you sign up
Choosing Booker during signup changes what the product suggests: roster and contact first, releases last. You can still add anything — a booker who also DJs still wants a music embed — but the page starts from what you actually do.
What this is not
Contracts, availability calendars and settlements live somewhere else. This is the public front door: the page a venue opens before deciding to write to you. Treating it as the back office would make it worse at the one job it has.
Do the artists need StageLink accounts?
No. A roster entry can link to anything — their own site, their Instagram, nothing at all. Most acts on most rosters are not on StageLink, and a page that only worked for the ones who are would be useless.
How many acts can I list?
Up to sixty per block, in the order you choose.
Can I show the same act on more than one page?
Yes — entries are typed per block, so nothing stops an act appearing on your roster and on a promoter’s line-up.
